Booking Information
Course Reservations
Please contact Yelly using the online booking form, by phone or by email, if you are interested in a particular course. If places are available you can reserve them immediately. They will be held for you for up to 10 days during which time you can arrange payment. Yelly can be contacted on 015396 23411.
Payment
We require full payment for a course to finalise a booking. You can send us a cheque made payable to Cook in Cumbria, or do a transfer to our account using internet banking. At the moment we are unable to take payments over the phone.
Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before your course starts we will give you a full refund less a £5 handling fee. We are unable to offer refunds within 8 weeks of the course date.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to cancel a course we will let you know in writing (normally by email) and we will give you a full refund or offer an alternative date.
Group Discount
For 5 or more people booking together for the same course we offer a 15% discount on our normal course fees. This offer only applies to full price day courses, not to any of our special offers.
Accommodation
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available at High Chapel House. Please visit our website www.highchapelhouse.com for more information. If we do not have availability we can suggest alternative accommodation in the area.
